NITIN LIFESCIENCES is marketing throughout the whole of India and exporting to various countries. A Stringent Quality control department is being maintained under a highly qualified and experienced staff who are responsible for analyzing and the manufacturing process from raw material procurement through all operations up to final packaging and delivery. Around 1000 persons are engaged for the manufacturing activities. In pursuit of excellence, the group is forging ahead with its expertise and experience, constantly laying emphasis on customer satisfaction and confidence through quality control and quality assurance. Bringing a positive and powerful difference in the functioning of society is one of our biggest business approaches for which we make several plans and programs, which hint towards betterment of our society. Our CSR policy based on the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made under. This policy is formulated and suggested by the CSR Committee and adopted by appointed Board of Directors. The Board may or due to some recommendation by the CSR Committee can amend or alter this CSR Policy when needed.

Corporate Social Responsibility Activities

The Company based on the advice of its CSR Committee and with required approval of the Board, can adopt any of the following activities, as crucial part of its corporate social responsibility initiatives, which are characterized in Schedule VII of the Companies Act 2013.

  • Eliminating poverty, malnutrition, hunger and encouraging best sanitation and quality drinking water for all.
  • Encouraging quality education; encompassing special education. Enhancing employment opportunities vocal skills for women, elderly and differently able individuals. 
  • Boosting gender equality, empowering women, developing homes and hostels for orphans and women; establishing old age homes, day care centres and various other facilities for aged citizens and taking measures for lessening the cases of inequalities faced by economically and socially backward groups.
  • Promoting environmental sustainability,  protection of flora and fauna, animal welfare, ecological balance, agro forestry, bettering quality of soil, air and water & conservation of natural resources.
  • Security of national heritage, promoting art and culture including restoration of valuable artistic creations, buildings and sites of historical importance; developing public libraries, uplifting development of traditional arts and handicrafts
  • Taking proper measures for providing advantages to war widows and their dependents and armed forces veterans.
  • Promoting rural sports, nationally acknowledged sports, olympic sports and paralympics sports.
  • Contributing our bit to to the prime minister's national relief fund or other fund formed by the central government for well-being of the scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, minorities, backward classes, women and for socio-economic development.
  • Funding technology incubators situated within academic institutions that are Central Government approved.
  • Rural development projects
  • CSR projects and programs or activities that consider rending benefits to solely employees of the business unit and their relatives will not come under CSR activities.
  • CSR activities undertaken in India only will come under consideration so as to fulfill the requirement of section 135 of the Companies Act 2013.
